Adam James Cusack died at home on June 4, 2012 at the age of 36.  He is survived by his son, Tyler James, daughter, Rylee Renee; Jim Cusack & Ginny Cusack, parents; Vicki Byrd, sister; Jacob Byrd, nephew; Dick & Deb Haverlick, uncle/aunt; Ann Parkhurst, aunt; Herb & Sally Backus, great uncle/aunt; Isaac Haverlick & Iva Menard, cousins; Richard, Robert, Kurt & Scott Swanson, cousins; Katina Troutman, Angelina DeMarco, Paula Quinn, and Henry Panas, extended family members; and many additional family and friends. Adam was born in upstate New York and lived most of his life in the Daytona Beach area.  His capabilities and areas of expertise were in the fields of auto mechanics, construction, and auto body repair.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, working out, relaxing at the beach and spending time with his dogs.
