He is survived by his mother, Margie DeFrancesca, his sisters Karen Wills, Tammy Delgiacco and his brother Garrett Eaton. He is also survived by his nieces Chelsea Eaton, Sarah Magin, Haley Driver, Anastasia Wills, and his nephew John Magin III. He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Delgiacco and step father, Frank DeFrancesca. Adam was born in Cape Coral, FL and attended Cape Coral High School.

A memorial service and internment will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church located at 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, FL.
