Alan Christian Dahl, 61 of South Daytona FL, passed away unexpectedly on 11/27/17.  He was a lifelong resident of the local area and was born in Daytona Beach.  Alan worked as a flooring installer and was also a carpenter.  He loved watching the Miami Dolphins, and also loved the beach and surfing.  Alan is survived by brother John Dahl of South Daytona, sister Barbara James/Dan Carlin of Ormond Beach, and his special friend, Helen Trevithick of Daytona Beach.  He is predeceased in death by his parents Gotfred and Marion Dahl, brother Paul Dahl and sister Karen Dahl. There will be a gathering of friends and family to honor Alan at the River Front Park on South Palmetto Avenue, just north of Big Tree Road, in South Daytona on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 3:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Halifax Humane Society.  In memory of Alan Dahl-2364 LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32124 or Halifax Humane Society.org.
