Alan Jason Graves died Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the home he shared with his longtime companion, Jennifer Benedict and her daughter Alysia Collar in Kissimmee, Florida. He was a graduate of Liverpool High School, delivered The Post Standard as a schoolboy, and worked at Anoplate for many years before moving to Florida last year. He was an avid drummer, record collector and longtime fan of the "Greatest Band in the Land, Kiss".

He is survived by his son Jason Graves, brother James Graves, parents Jack and Patricia Graves and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
