Albert was born in Yonkers New York. Was a retired educator. He loved to play golf and was a member at Hidden Lakes Golf Club. He enjoyed reading history, traveling and was a member of the BPOElks Lodge. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Diane, children Richard and Maureen Losce, Ronald and Eileen Losce, Dianne and Tom Farrell, sister jane Ruggles, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Edward Vincent Losce. Services will be private.
