He began working full-time at the age of 14, to support his family during The Great Depression. He retired from the Pepsi-Cola Company, in Methuen, MA to Ormond Beach, FL, after working for decades in the automotive industry. His dream of living in year-round warmth and sunshine, close to the ocean, fulfilled. He was an amazing son, husband, father, grandfather and friend, having devoted his life to providing for and supporting those he loved. Al leaves behind the woman who shared his every breath, his wife of 60 years, Charlotte (Robinson). He also leaves his daughter Rosanne Palombi, and her husband Philip Paul, his daughter Paula Wyman and her husband Mark. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a future date. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 NIV) Jesus said "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." (John 14:1-3 NIV)
