Aletha "Lee" Macbeth, age 94 of New Smyrna Beach passed away on August 14, 2022. She is survived by her three children, James, Bruce and Katherine, and her brother Allen. Lee was a homemaker living in Syracuse, New York and New Smyrna Beach with her late husband Daniel. They were deeply in love for their 62 years of marriage. Lee volunteered for many causes. She especially loved her church, sitting in the front row each Sunday. She had a passion for walking. She was out almost every morning. Lee was a happy person and made everyone around her happy, too. She had a gentle soul. A celebration of her life will be held at noon on Saturday, August 27th at The Hidden Pines Clubhouse on the corner of Hidden Pines Blvd. and Shorewood Lane. Refreshments and food will be supplied.
