Alexander W
Saccenti
Jun 12, 1957 — Oct 22, 2026
Alexander William Saccenti, 69, originally from Port Jefferson, New York, passed away peacefully on October 22nd, surrounded by family. He leaves behind a family and many friends who loved him dearly and countless memories that will bring smiles, laughter, and comfort for years to come.
Alex was, above all else, a genuinely good person. He was kind, funny, and had a contagious smile and an even more contagious laugh. He had a way of making any situation feel a little less heavy, of bringing light into a room without even trying. He was just a light of a person, and life was a little brighter with him in it.
Throughout his life, Alex worked in property management for a private estate before eventually retiring from a comfortable role in pest control. He enjoyed the simple things in life: fishing, live music, good food, and spending time with the people he loved. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart, and time spent with his grandbabies was something he truly cherished.
Alex leaves behind his daughter, Tianna Saccenti-Lee, and her husband, Kevyn Lee; his grandchildren, Christian, Jupiter, and Juliette; his niece, Alexandra Forman, her husband, David Forman, and their daughter, Kaia; and his brother, John Houston. He also leaves behind many friends who will carry his love and the memories they shared with him for the rest of their lives.
He is reunited in heaven with his wife, Linda; his mother, Charlotte; his brothers, Michael and Charlie; his sister, Ilse; and the many dear friends and loved pets who went before him.
His time here feels far too short for those who love him, but the light Alex brought into this world doesn’t end with his passing. It lives on in the laughter he shared, the kindness he showed, and the memories that will be carried on by everyone who knew and loved him. He will be missed more than words can say and remembered for the warmth, humor, and love that made him who he was.
In accordance with Alex’s wishes, there will be no viewing or service. His family will honor him in their own way, holding close the memories of a man who brought so much joy into their lives.
