Alice (Caouette) Lafrenaye, 88, formerly of Woonsocket, RI, passed away on January 9, 2020.  Born December 2, 1931 she was the daughter of Armand and Rose Caoutte. She is predeceased by her husband, Lucien, and is survived by her children, Robert (Diane) Lafrenaye of Mashpee, MA, Raymond (Kristin) Lafrenaye of Wilmington, NC, Diane (Chris) Ellis of The Villages, FL and Janet (Bill) Higgins of The Villages, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Aimee, Sharon, Kelly and Andrew and great-grandchildren Nolan and Grace. She was Mom, Memere, Aunt Alice, and friend, with an ever-smiling presence. Always looking to lend a helping hand. She loved to color, do jigsaw puzzles and word finds. We will miss her dearly. Services will be private.
