Allen Robert Carfagno, Jr., of Norfolk, Va., passed peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2023.
Born Sunday, August 2, 1964, in Norfolk, Va., the son of Allen R Carfagno, Sr. and Nancy L Hudgins. Allen deeply loved his family – his son Brett and his children; sisters – Nancy Traitor and Kathy Dority, brothers – Warren Carfagno and Billy Carfagno. Many nieces and nephews.
