Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society would like to extend their sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Alphonsus V. Levenstone who passed away on October 28, 2022.
Visitation will begin at 10:30am, with Funeral Services at 11:00am, Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Christ the King Anglican Church, 6900 US-1, St. Augustine, FL 32086.
If any flowers are ordered, please send them to the church for delivery Saturday, November 12, 2022.
