Andrew Skinner, 31, a native of Ocala, Florida, passed away June 18, 2015. He was born on February 20, 1984. Andrew enjoyed the art of tattoos and enjoyed spending time with his friends and making people laugh. He leaves behind his mother, Sandra Jones, of Ocala, FL, three sisters, Amanda Lowery, Ocala, FL, Amber Scott, Ocala, FL, and Ashley Lowery, Belleview, FL, girlfriend, Lindsay Davies, Ocala, FL, and several members of family and close friends. A funeral service for Andrew will be held at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at noon with interment immediately following at Belleview Cemetery.
