Angelo DiFranco OCTOBER 14, 1938– FEBRUARY 08, 2022

Angelo 83, of Port Orange was a huge Elvis fan through and through. He was born in Waterbury, CT on October 14,1938. After his long battle with COPD, he passed away at home peacefully on February 08, 2022. He was a son of the late Angelo and Mary DiFranco. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1958 and always made sure to say it was same year as Elvis enlisted! Angelo was called back home to care for his mother and wasn't able to fulfill a full Army enlistment due to the importance of his family being first. In return Angelo lived out his dream of being a businessman, and ran his own storage company for 25 years in Edgewater, Fl. Angelo did indeed love life, friends, family, Italian food, local beaches, travel, and Disney World. He was always up for the crime television shows! He was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his significant other, Cheryl Barr. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Arthur) Bonardi, their children; David and Robert, and one great grandchild; all of Connecticut. His special friends, Holli and Jason Tovet, of Altoona, FL; Alicia Howarth, of Port Orange, FL. The viewing will be held at Baldwin Brothers Funeral home located at 620 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange, FL 32127 on Wednesday, 16 Feb 2022 from 3pm to 5pm. The funeral will be held at The Catholic Church of Epiphany located at 201 Lafayette St, Port Orange, FL 32127 on Thursday 17 Feb 2022. Funeral Mass will begin at 11am. Angelo expressed appreciation to the caregivers for their care and support he received over the years in and out of his home. Never will their love ever be forgotten.
