Ann Biddy age 84, of Sanford, FL passed away August 24, 2016.  Ann was born June 15, 1932 and raised in Monroe, Louisiana.  She is also preceded in death by her parents, Charles B. and Alice H. Braun and son, Robert Scott Cowan.  Ann is survived by her children, Gail (Kevin) Hill, Ralph (Cynthia) Cowan, Charles Cowan, Keith (Vanessa) Cowan, nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 11 am to noon at Markham Woods Presbyterian Church, 5201 Markham Woods Road, Lake Mary, FL  32746.  A reception will immediately follow at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, 3755 NW US-17-92, Sanford, FL 32771. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or American Red Cross for the Louisiana flood victims.
