Ann Grace Hassick was born March 15th, 1944 in Hartford, CT.  She passed away in her sleep at age 81 on June 27th at her home in Wildwood, FL.

Ann was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and Godmother.  She enjoyed bingo, traveling, cruises, the excitement of a slot machine, crafting, and her many feline friends over the years.  Her quick wit was sure to bring a chuckle to any conversation and she will be sorely missed by the many who loved her deeply.

She is survived by her sister Katherine Fortier Capocci and sister-in-law Sally Peterson Fortier.  Niece Theresa Capocci Block (Charles), grandniece Amy and grandnephew Kyle.  Niece Lisa Fortier Nail (Christopher) and grandniece Audrey.  Niece Amanda Fortier Crawford and grandnephew Colton.  Nephew Michael Fortier and grandnephew Noah.  She is also survived by her Godson Robert Carlson Jr., his mother Louise Carlson who was a lifelong friend, and her bingo partner-in-crime Jean Lortie.

She was pre deceased by her loving husband Richard Hassick, her father and mother Arthur and Katherine Fortier, her dear brother Arthur Fortier Jr., her brother-in-law Daniel Capocci, and grandnephew Daniel Jr.

A funeral is not being planned at this time.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your local Humane Society.
