Anna Sapienza, 96, of New Smyrna Beach died Monday, October 14, 2008 at Oceanview Nursing Home.    Mrs. Sapienza was born December 17, 1911 in Philadelphia, PA.  She has been a resident of New Smyrna Beach since 1993 moving here from South Florida.  Mrs. Sapienza was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading and swimming.   Most of all she enjoyed her family.  Mrs. Sapienza was preceded in death by her husband, John and two sons, Anthony and Gasper.  She is survived by her loving daughter, Adele Peuplie; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Eleanor Sapienza.  2:00 PM at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Service 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 on October 16, 2008 (map/driving directions)
