Annette Smith, 79, of Cape Coral, FL passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was born September 5, 1938 in Bayonne, NJ to John and Antonette Serpe.

Annette retired from the Helen Hayes Hospital in west Haverstraw, NY after 25 years of service.

She is survived by loving children; Walter Smith, Vincent Smith, Barbara Smith Schielzo, and Lisa Smith Ethredge; grandchildren, Thomas Smith, Christopher Schielzo, Michael Smith, Darren Schielzo Jr., Caitlin Smith, Saxon Smith, and Sage Smith; great grandchildren, Travis Schielzo, Dustin Schielzo, and Charlotte Smith; as well as in laws, Eileen Smith, Darren Schielzo, Donald Ethredge, and Evelyn Cedano.

She is preceded in death by husband, Walter T. Smith and daughter, Catherine Smith.
