Annette Yvonne Wellinghoff, 62, of Fort Myers, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, at her home in Reflection Isles. She was born on July 7, 1961, in Coral Gables, FL to Louis and Libby Yvonne (née Hahn) Wellinghoff.

Annette attended St. Timothy's Parish School grades 1 through 8, Our Lady of Lourdes Academy grades 9 through 12, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University. Upon graduating, she began her career in Human Resources at Miami Children's Hospital. She went on to serve as a valued executive and consultant across a variety of industries, including hospitality, oil & gas, finance, and technology. Annette frequently volunteered her time to mentor young professionals and teach business skills to elementary school students through her local Junior Achievement chapters. She also cherished traveling and spending time with family, including her beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, and nephew.

Annette is survived by her sons Christopher Kroeck, Fort Myers, Florida, and Kyle Kroeck, Lexington, Massachusetts; aunt Martyne Hoppe, Tallahassee, Florida; sister, Kathy Crane, Fort Myers, Florida; niece, Courtney Crane, Denver, Colorado; as well as nephew, Jeffrey Crane, Gainesville, Florida.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Libby Yvonne Wellinghoff.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Club at Gateway on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Please contact the family if you are interested in attending.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Annette are suggested to the Parkinson's Foundation , ASCO Foundation , or Book Trust .
