With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony Catello on January 6 ^th , 2024.

Born September 20, 1983, in Munich Germany to Carmine "Skip" and Marcia Catello. He grew up in Orangevale California graduating from Visions in Education High School.

Preceded in death by his father Carmine, Anthony is survived by his mother Marcia, and siblings, Christopher Catello, Brent Catello, Kimberly Catello-Thomas, Jeff Catello, and Brian Catello. He will be deeply missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, countless friends, and especially his dear uncle Peter.

Though not bound by blood, he was a father in every sense of the word to Austin Wilson and Mylie Black, his greatest pride and joy.

Anthony had an insatiable curiosity for the world around him. His love for nature, the outdoors, and gardening was inspiring. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he could often be found tending his garden with his faithful dog Ruka by his side.

May Anthony rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love of those who went before him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Anthony will be held on March 11 ^th at the Orangevale Grange, 5807 Walnut Ave. Orangevale CA 95662, at 10 am. All who knew him are welcome to join us in honoring his memory.
