Anthony Justin Fallick, 23 of Tavares, Florida passed away at Advent Health Orlando, Florida September 10, 2019. He proudly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  He was a Carrier for the United States Postal Service.  He is survived by his loving wife Kenzi, two children, Summer and Jameson; his parents, Thomas Fallick, and Deborah Marchese Fallick; his brother, Thomas James Fallick; his maternal grandparents, Salvatore and Rosalie Marchese; his paternal grandmother, Violet DeHaven, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Benjamin Fallick and sister Dana Marie Fallick.

A visitation will be held Friday, September 13, 2019. Family will be receiving guests from 5 to 7 pm at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, Tavares, Florida 1350 East Burleigh Blvd. Tavares, Florida.  A Celebration of Life will be held on September 14, 2019 at 10AM, also at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1350 East Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, Florida.
