Arnese Oakley (94), of St. Augustine, FL, passed away surrounded by her two children and their spouses on Sept. 1, 2020. Arnese was born on Feb. 11, 1926 in Chapel Hill, N.C. to Hubert and Willie Oakley. She grew up on a farm, and worked for Liggett & Myers Company her entire adult life.

She is predeceased by her husband, Erwin Dillehay, as well as her ten siblings.

She is survived by her son Ron, and daughter Diane. Additionally, she is survived by 5 grandchildren, along with 7 great grandchildren.

Due to the pandemic, we are not planning services at this time, but request that you remember Arnese as a loving person of great faith who prayed daily for her entire family and friends.
