Arnold Scott, 82, of Ocala, FL passed away October 18, 2020. He was born in Fayetteville, TN to Arthur and Vonnie (Posey) Scott. Arnold was a US Navy Veteran and a retired boat builder. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and the Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Mary Ellen Scott; children, James (Sharon) Scott of Circleville, OH, David (Dana) Scott of Troy, IN, Bill (Toni) Scott of Huntingberg, IN, Danny (Joanna) Scott of Madison, IN, Jeff (Sandra) Scott of Jasper, IN, Brenda Scott of Ocala and Pamela (Esarey) Wade of Haubstadt, IN; brother, James Scott of New Market, AL; sister-in-law, Marlene Henson of The Villages, FL; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 siblings. Mr. Scott will be interred with military honors at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at a later date to be determined.
