Arthur C. Collins, 81, died march 19, 2009 at Florida Hospital, Deland. He was born September 11, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Collins was a United States Veteran. He is survived by his four children, Debbie Dondero, Kathy Carey, Arthur C, Jr., and Patricia LaGallo; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Donald and sister, Geraldine Booth.
