Arthur Joseph Roeder, Jr. 90 of Clermont died Thursday, February 18, 2016 with his family by his side. Arthur was born March 18, 1925 to the late Carrie and Arthur Roeder in Cincinnati, Ohio.  After high school he served his country with the United States Navy during WW II.  He married the love of his life, Lenore Sullivan on April 15, 1950.  They raised their five sons in Cincinnati and retired to Florida in 2005.  Arthur enjoyed playing golf, volunteered at the VA clinic and was active in his church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.  He was preceded in death by two sons, Frederick in 1963, and Arthur, III in 2015 and his sister, Ruth Ann Diamond.  Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Lenore; three sons, James and his wife, Susan, David and his wife, Flora and Steven; daughter-in-law, Delores; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  A Mass of Resurrection will be held 11AM, Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 720 12 Street, Clermont with the family receiving friends from 10:00AM until service time.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the American Heart Association http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/ .  Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
