Averal Alice Miller, 88, of Port Charlotte, passed away July 22, 2019, at Tidewell Hospice House in Arcadia, FL. Born February 17, 1931, in Greybull, WY., she owned and operated her own restaurant/club for numerous years prior to retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank Harold Herring and Sarah Louella Kizzire, sons Michael James Cirafisi, and Terry Lynn Turner, grandson Warren Michael Mullin, sisters Anita Evelyn Herring, Frances Nadine Herring, and Lanitta Marie Harden, and her brother Lester Frank Herring. Surviving are her son Joseph Robert Cirafisi Jr., granddaughter Sierra Raye Mullin, grandson Shea Ream Mullin, great grandchildren Elizabeth, Ariel, Jasper, Bryli, Daegun, and Daxton Mullin, and her niece Edith "Edie" C.
