In Loving Memory of Barbara May Adams March, 31 1936 – June 10, 2025 Barbara M. Adams, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend, died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Port Orange, FL on June 10, 2025, with her husband, Dr. Raymond E. Adams, by her side. Barbara was born on March 31, 1936, in Philadelphia, PA to Elwood and Hilda Stone. She was a cheerleader and straight-A student at Pitman High School and a Mathematics major at Gettysburg College. Ray and Barbara met at Gettysburg and were married on August 2, 1958. They were together and inseparable for 67 years. Barbara was a woman of high principles with a servant's heart. She was a devoted follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. She loved her husband and family with an unparalleled fierceness. Barbara is survived by her loving and devoted husband Raymond; their children Janet B. Comley, David E. Adams (Michele Miano), and J. Scott Adams; her grandchildren David, Audrey and Victoria Adams, and Alyssa Comley; her sister Cynthia Winquist; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Elwood and Hilda; as well as her son-in-law Jeffrey Comley. Services to be determined at Riverside Cemetary in Trenton, NJ.
