Barbara Pepiot Cooke, age 82 passed away after a lengthy illness on October 2, 2023 in Holly Hill, Fl. She is survived by her sons, Glenn Cooke, her grandsons; Calvin and Logan, her brother Robert Pepiot (Debbie Pepiot), sister Sandy Pickering (Roy Pickering), and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter Debra Lynn Cooke, parents Bob and Katherine Brija Pepiot. Barbara was born February 14, 1941 in Daytona Beach, Fl. She graduated Mainland High School with the class of 1959 and accepted a position as a telephone operator with Southern Bell in Daytona where she worked for more than 3 years. She was a great lifelong friend to many. Barbara enjoyed sewing, traveling and reading. Her family and friends will always remember her as a sweet and caring person. At the request of Barbara, the family will gather for a memorial and celebration of life at a later date. The family would like to thank family and friends for all the kind words and prayers.
