Barbara Ann "Barb" Noble Harmon, 81, of Venice, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026. Born on November 25, 1944, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Lawrence and Beatrice Noble, Barbara lived a life defined by faith, love, and service.

Barbara was a woman of unwavering faith whose love for God shaped every part of her life. As a young adult, she gave her heart to the Lord and began a lifelong walk of faith that became the foundation of everything she did. Her devotion to her Savior was reflected in her actions and relationships. She found immense joy in sharing God's love and His Word with everyone she met, always eager to encourage others in their spiritual journey. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for people touched countless lives.

Barbara's greatest passion was serving the Lord and caring for others. She faithfully participated in her women's prayer group and found fulfillment in helping feed children through the FLOCK program. She never missed an opportunity to share God's Word or offer wisdom, compassion, and a listening ear. A mentor and encourager to many, Barbara's servant's heart left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Barbara also found joy in God's beautiful creation. She loved spending time fishing, collecting seashells along the seashore, riding ATVs through the woods, camping, and swimming. She also loved going to all the kids’ sporting events and games. She cheered for each one of us if we were gold medalist. These moments of connection with nature and family brought her so much joy, peace, and happiness.

Barbara is lovingly survived by her devoted husband of many years, Thomas "Mike" Harmon Sr., who shared in her journey of faith and love. Together they built a family rooted in devotion and care. She leaves behind five children: Rebeca (Pat) Collins, Brenda (Michael) Frost, Beverly Vincent, Thomas (Sandy) Harmon Jr., and Shelby (Randy) Jackson; twelve grandchildren: David "Billy" (Heather) Kettler, Charles "Charlie" (Angel) Kettler, Ryan "Junior" Ramey, Kera (Gian) Sica, Ethan (Keisha) Barryman, Billy "BJ" McCallister, Summer Harmon, Michael Harmon, Justin Harmon, Curtis Vincent, Brandon Vincent, Shoan Jackson; as well as eight great-grandchildren: Houston, Aubree, Henderson, Dominick, Scarlet, Aleah, Ace, and Branson.

She had nieces, nephews and numerous kids throughout the years who called her mom and even grandma, and she loved each one of them. Treating each as if they were her actual children / grandchildren.

Barbara’s legacy is one of faithfulness and generosity. Her love for God was mirrored in the unwavering devotion she gave to her husband and family as well as the kindness she extended to friends and strangers alike. She loved deeply and served faithfully—leaving each person blessed by her compassion and steadfast faith.

Barbara will be missed more than words can express and remembered with love beyond measure. Her legacy of faith will continue to inspire generations to come.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 1, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM at Lift Church 695 Center Road. Celebration service with light reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, we are raising donations to establish a scholarship fund in Barbara's honor, to the North Port Christian School. Donations may be sent to Lift Church with the earmark "Barbara Harmon's Legacy Scholarship".
