Barbara A. Kotler, 64, of Cape Coral, passed away April 5, 2019 at Hope Hospice House in Lehigh Acres, FL. Born September 25, 1954 in Queens, NY., she was the daughter of Jack Nelson Groff and Winifred Lyman. Prior to her retirement Barbara worked as a healthcare medical secretary.
