Barbara Stefanachi , 88, of Seminole/Inverness, FL, passed away on April 5, 2025.

She was born on November 16, 1936, in Long Island, New York, and was a proud graduate of Hempstead High School. On December 12, 1956, she married Eugene Stefanachi.

Barbara had a successful and fulfilling career as a bank manager with Bank of America. In her retirement, she served as a Guardian Ad Litem for 10 years, helping many children and families in need in Citrus County, FL.

Outside of work, Barbara loved spending time at the beach and found great joy in gathering with her family. Family dinners and get-togethers held a special place in her heart, as she deeply valued time with her loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Stefanachi; her daughter, Karen Burgess; her son-in-law, Michael Burgess; and her brother, Butch Baldwin.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Civello, and son-in-law, Stephen Civello; her grandchildren, Heather (Justin), Rebecca (John), Stephen (Nicole), Jacqueline (Derrick), Kari (Jeff), Eugene (Amber), Erica (Dereck), and Joseph (Rachel); and her great-grandchildren, Noah, Dominic, Stephen, Maddie, Claire, Olivia, Josiah, Eugene, Aubrey, and Amelia.

She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her.
