Barbara Leedy Suggs

Barbara Leedy Suggs, age 90, Orlando, Passed away October 01, 2018 in her home in Orlando. She was born July 22, 1928 in Winter Park, Fl. Barbara was a loving mother and aunt. Barbara enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, playing the piano, swimming, and horseback riding. She also loved animals and traveling. She was an aspiring writer. She was born and raised in Central Florida. She was an active member of Liberty Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida. She volunteered at Gateway School and Orlando Rescue Mission. She is survived by her 3 children, Robert C. Suggs, Rebecca Suggs Freeman, Nancy E. Suggs; nieces and nephews, Harry A. Suggs Sr., Gladys H. Atha, Bill Leedy, Betsy L. Blount, Patty L. Tew and Anne L. Brownlee. Celebration of Life service will be held at Liberty Baptist Church on Saturday, October 06, 2018 at 11:00a.m. in leiu of flowers a donation can be made in memory of Barbara to the Bible ministry at Liberty and Bibles will be given to others who need one,744 N. Dean Road, Orlando, Florida 32825.
