Barbara Wise, 82, passed away peacefully under the care of Cornerstone Hospice.   She was born to Clayton and Louise Oates on June 12, 1936. Barbara is survived by her son, Brian (Jennifer) Russo and daughter Dawn Russo.  She was predeaceased by her Life Partner Dominick Russo.  Barbara was a native of Chicago who wintered in Florida up until 4 years ago when she became a permanent resident.   She enjoyed reading, playing cards, puzzles, walking and loved trees.  She was always straight forward with her answers to any questions and had a great sense of humor.
