Barry Robert Mills, age 71, passed away on December 27, 2016 at West Marion Community Hospital, Ocala, FL.  He was born in Martinsburg, WV to Clarence Rowland and Ada (Skinner) Mills, was a graduate of Shepherdstown High and Shepherd College. Barry was an avid golfer and sports fan. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Thacker Mills; sister, Lynda Ann Mills; brother, Clarence Mills; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
