Belinda Sue Stroube, 70, of Tavares , Florida , went to be with the Angels peacefully, Thursday, November 18, 2021, with her loving husband, Gary W., by her side.

Belinda was born in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Max Keith Smith and Grace Virginia Ault Moyer. Having a love for education, she attended Mid-America Nazarene University, receiving a master's degree, and then embarking on her lifelong career of teaching.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her son, Steffan Detsch (Monika), 2 granddaughters, Emma and Helena Detsch, all of Ochling, Germany, Her sister Jilila Getner of Tavares, Florida, Brother Jeff Smith of Berwick, Iowa, five nieces, two nephews and many great nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would love your presence at her memorial service to be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Union Congregational Church, 302 N St Clair Abrams Ave, Tavares, FL 32778 at 2:00 PM.
