IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Benjamin
Delgado Maldonado
February 19, 1951 – March 10, 2026
Benjamín Delgado Maldonado affectionately known as “ Bengie” and “Benja” was born on February 19, 1951 in (Barrio Obrero) San Juan, Puerto Rico. At the age of 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 surrounded by the love of his family.
Benjamín was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He married the love of his life, Ivette, on November 12, 1976. Together, through 49 years of marriage, they built a life centered on Christian faith, family and friends. Benjamín was known to be quiet, friendly spirited and a natural ability to make others feel welcome and valued. More than anything he enjoyed his children and grandchildren.
He was a devoted craftsman who took immense pride in his ability to build and create. Whether working on a small project or something larger, he approached each task with patience, precision, and passion. His craftsmanship and love for working with his hands will be remembered by all who knew him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Ivette Delgado of San Juan, Puerto Rico; his sons, Benjamín Delgado Jr. (Bengito) & Josue Delgado of San Juan, Puerto Rico; and his beloved grandchildren as they called him and will remember him as “LoLo”, Arianna (Ari), Yair, Isabella (Bella), and Abdiel, along with daughters-in-law, Magdaly and Jennifer.
Though he is no longer with us in body, Benjamín’s spirit will forever live on in our hearts of those who loved him. His smile, laughter, and gentle, friendly presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
The family extends heartfelt thanks for the outpouring of love and support from friends and loved ones during this difficult time. In keeping with Benjamín’s wishes. Arrangements are being handled by Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Orlando, FL.
Psalm 23 1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Rest in peace in the presence of the Lord “Descansa en paz en la precencia del Señor”.
