Benjamin A Gibilaro, age 92, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2024 at New Smyrna Beach Florida. He was born on October 8, 1931, in Bronx, NY, the youngest of eight children, to Rosario and Domenica Gibilaro. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, big heart and positive outlook, as well as his dancing and singing abilities. He always had a joke ready to cheer others up and his love for his wife and family was an inspiration to all who knew him. He is survived by his wife Sarah, his children, Diane, Lynda, Steven and Ben; grandchildren, Claudia and Logan; and his sister, Lucy Benefico 98, who will cherish his memory forever. A memorial service will be held on March 22, 2024 at the clubhouse at Quail Hollow, 2051 Pioneer Trail, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
