Bernice Fae Ripic, 86, of The Villages, FL passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026. She was born on March18, 1940, in Johnson City, NY to William and Eloise Gabriel. Bernice graduated from Maine Endwell High School in 1958. She married Andrew Ripic on October 22, 1960. Her focus was always on providing a loving home for her husband, sons, family members, and friends. She absolutely loved her five grandchildren and would always light up when they were around.

Bernice is survived by her husband of 66 years, Andrew Ripic Jr., her eldest son Andrew Ripic III and daughter in law, Shelli Ripic, and her youngest son Michael Ripic and daughter in law, Debbie Ripic. She has five grandchildren, Alexis Voitik (Ripic), Zachary Ripic, Jessica Griffin (Ripic), Evan Ripic, and Addison Ripic. She also has two beautiful great grandchildren, Harper and Emilia Griffin. Bernice is also survived by her sisters Altheda Hagle and Thomasine Day.

Bernice was preceded in death by her mother, Eloise Gabriel; her sisters Ileta Pangburn, Paula Gabriel, Carol Arnold, Linda Devine, and her brother Ward Gabriel.

Bernice wishes that everyone remembers her as she was and requested no formal services.
