Betty Bedsole, 92, died May 29, 2019 at Ocean View Nursing Home in NSB after long illness.

Born December 9, 1926, in Shelbyville, Indiana, she was the only child of Alonzo Croly and Hazel Porterfield.  She married Navy Seaman, Oscar "Jack" Littleton during the early years of WWII; then married Benjamin Bedsole sometime in the early-1970's.  Jack passed on in January, 2002.  Benjamin passed on sometime in late-1991.  Betty and Jack had two sons: Douglas and Richard.  Army Sargent, Richard was killed in Vietnam in July 1970 at the age of 21.

Survivors include Douglas Littleton of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida and Step-daughter Susan Bedsole of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandson's Matthew and Stephen and six great grandchildren.

Mrs. Bedsole was a member of the Christian Science church in Mt Dora and Daytona Beach, Florida, has been cremated and is in the Atlantic Ocean.
