IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Betty
Ross
July 20, 1950 – December 24, 2023
Betty Ross Was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania July 20th, 1950, where she enjoyed many friendships growing up, Eventually, she moved to Florida with the love of her life and started a beautiful family raising three children She loved oh so dearly, She and her husband found their dream home in a little town of port orange florida where she thought was just perfect …Betty Worked as a cashier for many years, But Her passion was her rose bushes, Palm trees and honestly anything that bloomed , She received an award for her beautiful yard and was placed in the news journal. In her spare time She enjoyed baking and bringing cookies to her neighbors as the ladies would have their card nights together. Our mom was a person of great humility, Always grateful for the small things in life…
Springtime was her favorite time of the year, As she had a green thumb and loved to see her roses in bloom along with her sego palms trees . Betty Was blessed with four grandchildren, which brought her so much joy and light to her beautiful life. Mom was the kind of person who always smiled and started a conversation with the little kid peeking over the back of a booth in a restaurant or especially if she's seen a pittsburgh steeler fan..it was her favorite part of the day. My mother passed away peacefully at hospice Christmas Eve 2023 With her family and friends holding her close as she took her last breath and last tears. She knew that she was loved and was not alone.
