Betty Jo Stark, 81, of New Smyrna Beach, FL passed away on October 1, 2015 at the Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, Edgewater, FL. She was born on January 13, 1934 in Pulaski County, KY to the late Albert Lee Dobbs and Sallie Beatrice (Halcomb) Dobbs. Betty worked as a Beautician. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Marcela Ogle; her grandson, Jimmy Ogle; her sister, June Richie of Ohio; her brother, John Dobbs of North Carolina; and her former husband, Jim T.
