Things we remember about mom . . .
Mom enjoyed watching all sports and was a great supporter attending many of her children's softball and baseball games, track events, football games and was a Campfire Girls and Little Owls' leader. She also attended Bible study and found strength in finding the Lord. When she and Dad resided at Maple Leaf Golf and Country club, Mom was president of the garden club and was known for her sense of humor when speaking to the group. She worked at Bonwitt Teller in downtown Cleveland after graduating from Andrews and shared stories of the "celebrities" who frequently came into the store. Throughout her life, Mom loved to reminisce about family and friends, attending The Andrews School for Girls, her skills as a seamstress and the awards she won. She recognized pictures of friends from classes of 1953 through 1955 and could tell us their names and share stories about them.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family would like donations to be made in Beverly's name to Tidewell Hospice – Port Charlotte Hospice House, 1158 Veronica Street, Port Charlotte. FL 33952
At a later date, her family will return to the Cleveland, Ohio area together to hold a celebration of life for both Beverly and William.
Messages can be shared with them now via the Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home website under obituaries.
