Obituary
Bill Bennett, age 67, of Ormond Beach lost his valiant battle against cancer on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. He passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife at Halifax Hospice of Ormond Beach.
He was born 4/4/1951 in Detroit, MI and relocated to Ormond Beach with his wife in 1979. Bill retired as Controller from the Flagler County Sherriff's Office.
He enjoyed working special events at the Daytona Speedway and Turkey runs.
Bill loved animals and his hobbies included photography, travel and playing poker with his buddies.
He is survived by his wife Dianne of 45 years.
Per Bill's request there will be no service.
