Billie Patricia (Chandler) Moore, 60, of Ocala, FL died Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at her residence in Ocala. She was born March 28, 1956 in Jeffersonville, IN the daughter of Paul E. and Julia V. (Mullins) Chandler. A high school graduate she also attended Central Florida Community College. She worked as a hairdresser and cosmetologist for many years. She came to central Florida from New Jersey in the late 1970's and lived in Dunnellon for several years before moving to Ocala in 1999. She loved to read and enjoyed snorkeling and the Rainbow River. She is survived by: one son, John Atwater and his wife, Brandi of Ocala, FL; one daughter, Theresa Powell of Ocala, FL; two brothers, Jim Bill Chandler and David Chandler; one sister, Gail Chandler. She is also survived by one grandson, Nathan John Atwater and by three granddaughters: Lily Marie Powell, age 11 years; Mika Dane Powell, age 8 years and Zaida Jade Willis, age 6 years.
