Blanca Elba Rodriguez, 80 of Deltona died peacefully Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at home with her family by her side.  Blanca was born February 26, 1939 in Ciales, Puerto Rico to the late Esequiel and Juana Colon-Gonzalez.  She married the love of her life, Luis Alberto Rodriguez and they settled in Bronx, NY to raise their family.  Blanca and Luis moved to Florida in April 2002.  Blanca enjoyed playing Bingo, Bunco, Quarters, Right-Left-Center and the NY Yankees.  She is survived by her loving husband, Luis;  three devoted children, Joseph, Robert and Vilmarie Rodriguez; seven cherished grandchildren; two adored great grandchildren and her siblings, Gloria Vega and Israel Gonzalez.  A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-6PM, Friday, May 17, 2019 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 N Causeway, New Smyrna Beach.
