Bobby Eugene Hardig, lovingly known as Bob, passed away peacefully at home on October 12, 2026, at the age of 81.

Bob was born on November 24, 1944, in Tuscola, Illinois.

Throughout his life, Bob was hardworking, devoted family man whose greatest pride and accomplishment were his children and family. He dedicated 30 years of his working life to Albertsons and took great pride in his work.

Bob shared 51 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife Nan.

He enjoyed collecting various guns and steins, a hobby that brought him much pleasure over the years.

Bob is survived by his loving wife Nan and his children. Robert, Teresa, Rick and Carrie, and their spouses, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Bob is preceded in death by his father, mother, three brothers, and one sister.

His memory will live in the hearts of his loved ones. Although he is no longer with us, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain forever.

Rest peacefully, Bob. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
