Obituary

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby Charles Hogue on 26 January, 2022.  Bobby was born on October 12th, 1931, in Portland, Oregon to Goldie Lola Simmons Hogue and Clinton Hogue. He served in the United States Air Force from July, 1951 through July, 1955 as a Courier of classified COMSEC material.

Bobby worked as a Tool and Die Maker for The American National Can Company for 30 years.  He also worked for 40 years as a real estate investor of homes and mobile home parks.  He was passionate about music, playing piano and Ukulele, and singing in various music groups.

Bobby was predeceased by his eldest daughter Kathleen Lola Sick;and is survived by 2 daughters Laura Kay Black and  Margie Bernadine Petit.  He is also survived by 5 grandchildren:  Wendy Sudberry, Troy Schuler, April Bernal, Jeremy Black, and Amber Rose.  Bobby is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at BALDWIN BROTHERS Funeral & Cremation Society, 1008 Bichara Boulevard, The Villages, FL  32159 on February 9th at 2-4 PM.  A Mass will be conducted for him on February 10th at 8:30 AM at St. Timothy's Catholic Church followed by a military burial at Florida's National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida at 11:00 AM.
