Bobbye Busier Apanel, 68, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Born September 27, 1952, she was a 1971 graduate of Seabreeze High School and worked as an insurance secretary / bookkeeper most of her life, and then owning her own insurance agency for 8 years. Bobbye was passionate about her Christian faith and wrote 2 books.

Bobbye is survived by her daughters, Sarah Wylie of Poland, Maine and Jessica Wylie of Daytona Beach, Florida; her grandchildren, Jake and Justin Powers and Lana Visnaw; her brother, Rob Busier of Daytona Beach, Florida and her sister, Bonnie Hayes of New Hampshire. No services are planned at this time.
