It is with great sadness that the family of Bonnie Cobb Garland born  August 25, 1937 in Flat Lick Kentucky announce her passing. She passed peacefully in her sleep on September 6, 2017 in New Smyrna Beach Florida. She was married to James Oscar Garland and is survived by her children:  Bonnie, James, Robin, Thomas, and Leon, and her grandchildren James, Katy, Ashley, Hayley, Carissa, Alicia, Skye, Allan, Matthew, Jenna, Christian, Ivy, Olivia and Zoe.

Her loyalty devotion and love for her family was immeasurable. She was an expert seamstress and created award winning quilts one of which commemorated her oldest son's career in the Air Force. Bonnie was quick to find the joy and wonder in all of God's creation and let no holiday go by without celebration.

Though she will be missed we know that she is now with our Lord and she will live in our hearts forever.
