Brenda J. Jacobs, 86, of Nokomis, Florida passed away September 10, 2026, at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Clinton, Michigan to Maurice and Jeraldine on February 12, 1940. 

She spent many years as a banker in Clinton and Onsted and worked as a secretary at her church in Clinton, Michigan.

Brenda spent many years playing golf and even when she was home, she would watch it on television. She loved spending time with her friends, doing activities, and occasionally going to the casinos. She loved to see her grandkids and great grandkids.

She lived in Lenawee County most of her life before moving to Florida with her son and daughter-in-law November 2024. She would always say it's too hot to live in Florida then one day she asked to come. We loved having her with us. We will miss her but she's in heaven with the man she married all those years ago, Ken, and her parents.

Brenda is survived by one son Raymond and his wife Susan, one brother Harold and his wife Helen, three grandchildren Nate (Holli), Ryan (Stephanie), Bailey (Zach), seven great grandchildren including Mason, Emery, Eli, Wyatt, Owen, Adeline, and Cameron, and many nieces and nephews and a very special sister-in-law Chris. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband Ken, and numerous family members. 

Cremation has taken place. We will have a celebration of life in Michigan the summer of 2027.
