Brenda Leigh Lucas Girty, age 65 of North Fort Myers, FL, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023, in Fort Myers , FL.  She was born in Dublin, California on July 22, 1957, to Delmar Adams and Virginia Deaton/(Kallas), Dennis Deaton.

Brenda married Michael Girty on February 14, 2008. She spent a large part of her life in Cincinnati, Ohio with her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time there with them. Brenda loved her family and they loved her. She liked spending time in the sun, loved dancing and music. She enjoyed puzzles, hugs, memory making and so much more.

Brenda has gone on to be reunited with family and friends who passed before her. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Michael Girty; daughter, Staci (Scott); sons, Steven (Jennifer) and Adam; grandchildren, Mya, Dillan, Roman, Nickalaus, Jordyn, Jozy, Mady, Kameron and Jovi; 2 Great grandchildren, Avery and Carson; her siblings, Debbie, Doug, Becky, Becky, Robin, Gene, Danny, Randy, Debbie and Ernie.
